Privacy Policy

Who we are

Nashville Garage Door installs, repairs and replaces garage doors and openers for homes and businesses in Nashville and Middle Tennessee. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you request an appointment or send a Door Designer design, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you are interested in, any message and, for the Door Designer, the choices you made. Like most websites, our servers also record technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, schedule service and follow up. We use basic technical information to keep the website secure and working properly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We are not a lead generation company, and we do not sell leads. We share information only with the people and services needed to run the business, such as our email provider, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as needed to serve you and meet our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Cookies and storage

This website uses only the essential technology needed to display pages and protect forms from spam. The Door Designer may keep your current design in your browser so you can come back to it. We do not use advertising trackers on these pages.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Call us at 615-431-3789 and we will help.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
